Refund policy

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Prose + Threads cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.

TIMING:

All of our items require an up 7 day processing time, though we do the best we can to get them out much faster, depending on order volume/time of year. All items are shipped First Class.
